1. Products

Digitelon sells digital products including design assets, templates, toolkits, and educational guides. All items are delivered electronically as instant downloads after successful payment.

2. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may be subject to local taxes.

We may adjust prices at any time; changes do not affect existing purchases. Your card statement will show "Digitelon".

3. Delivery

Files are available immediately upon payment. Delivery is considered complete once the download link is accessible. Contact support within 48 hours if you cannot access your files.

4. Refunds

Due to instant digital delivery, all sales are final. For genuine access issues, email support@digitelon.shop and we will help.

5. Licence

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal and commercial use. You may:

• Use in your own projects and client work
• Modify and adapt for your needs

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, or share the original files.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials remain the intellectual property of Digitelon and are protected by applicable copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of any product.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
